My name is Mery Fernandez, my husband Juan Fernandez and I are Co-Founder of Real Angels Foundation, Inc.  This foundation is a non-profit Charity to provide assistance to children in need.  We are approved by the IRS under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501c3, Tax ID#: 81-5483535.

  Juan and I began volunteering in our community in Orlando Florida since 2005.  We always knew our passion and dedication for giving back had a bigger purpose.  Our mission through Real Angels Foundation began in February 2014 after the passing of my mother-in-law in a small town in the Dominican Republic called Matanza Bani.  During her last few days of life we learned the passion of one woman life journey and how she helped many children in need in this small town.  We also learn why she selected to spend her last days with those she helped.  To commemorate her legacy, each year on the Anniversary of her passing in February, we host a special event in her honor, our family distributes food, school supplies, Pediatric care, medicine, Dental care to the children.

Our mission is to continue to serve all the children living in poverty and bring them much needed assistance, especially the children who are often forgotten due to their disabilities.  To-date, Real Angels Foundation have  assisted over 2500 children and built 3 homes for families living in poor conditions and with disabilities. We provide medical supplies, food and a Home!  We are extremely blessed to have the continuous support of our Executive Agents at Empire Network Realty, Inc. who become the driving force behind our Mission. 

As more children come forward, the need for greater support is highly significant, no child should be left behind!!! In a perfect world, we like for every child to never go hungry, be cold, get sick or suffer in any way. Unfortunately, we don’t live in a perfect world.  It takes a village to raise a child and we cannot do this mission without your help.  Any amount you can Donate for these children at this time is greatly appreciated.
